Here is the low down!

Melissa feel free to add to this if you find that I missed something.

• Start date is September 1st 2009. Although people that still would like to join that are late in finding out can join up until September 5th 2009.

• You need to contribute $30.00-$40.00 to the money pot. Send the money thru paypal to this email addy: tammyjarman@gmail.com If you don't have a paypal, I can send you an invoice and you can pay with your debit card. If that won't work for you, use the same email addy to send me a note so I can send you my house addy for you to mail me money! :) Money must be sent by Saturday September 5th 2009.

• You must have your own blog. AND update it once a week! (Post the link to your blog in the comments of this post!)This is so we can add you to the blogroll to keep up with your success, if you write it down you are more likely to stick to it, also we like to give support to our group members. Have a blogroll on your blog with all of us on there.

• No diet drugs of any kind are allowed, and of course no puking or starving to loose weight. If anyone hears of anyone doing this, you will be immediately disqualified.

• The money that you give to the BIGGEST LOSER GROUP is nonrefundable.
  

• We will have a weigh in every 1st of every month. (Digital scales only) We will ask you to put a household item in the photo so we know it is legit. YOU must send your photo to Melissa no later than 12 noon on the weigh in day, or you will not be eligible for the monthly prize. This has been a issue in the past.... Melissa does have a life and would rather not sit and wait for photos to come in. So try really hard to get it to her ASAP!
  

• First weigh in is on September 1st 2009. Please put a Pen by the scale (as the household item) Please send photos to Melissa at: missa4_25@msn.com
